$500 Awards to Improve Meteorology Education

Grants of $500 are available each year from the National Weather Association for teachers in grades K-12 to improve the education of their students in meteorology through the Sol Hirsch Education Fund.  Among other purposes, grant monies may be used to buy software, weather station probes, or other technologies.  Go to http://www.nwas.org/solhirsch.html for more information.
